Cost: $100           Lodging/Meals; Commuter $50 (Meals only)

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The GPS address for Methodist Hall at OCU is 420           Loeffler Drive

Registration and Check-in begins at 2:00pm on           Thursday, July 21 and is located at the McDaniel Building, same           address as above.  Park on the east side of building.            Opening worship begins at 4:00 pm followed by dinner.

YOU WILL NEED: full sheets and blanket           for your bed. Also, bring Bible, comfortable clothing including a           sweater or light jacket, pillow, towel and wash cloth, and personal           hygiene items.

Help           us keep “GREEN.” Bring your own water bottles and coffee cups.

PLEASE BRING: snack items to share,           homemade treats, chips, snacks of your choice, or nutrition bars.          We will have peanut butter crackers and fruit in the hospitality           room. We will also have ice, igloos with water and tea, and coffee           available.
